Blackly Ever After is a line of culturally inspired greeting cards and gift items. The brand takes representation beyond simply seeing a brown face on the front of a birthday card. Blackly Ever After not only celebrates Black/African-American culture, but also offers gifting goods for the community's under-represented holidays. There are many Black/African-American greeting card lines that exist today. However, many of them seem to follow similar themes and design styles. While all of them are beautifully designed and have an admirable sense of charm, I hadn't seen any that actually incorporate elements of Black culture in a more unique or modern way.

I launched this project on Kickstarter.com to secure funding for large-scale production. While the campaign didn’t meet its monetary goal, it provided valuable insights and feedback from potential supporters. I remain determined to revive this idea and am actively exploring ways to bring it to life on my own.
